Other Teacher Education Preparation Program Requirements

· Overall GPA of 2.5

· Fulfill one of the following:

o Minimum of 21 on the ACT

o With a minimum ACT of 18, take the PPST and score at least 320 on Reading, 318 on Math and 318 on Writing

o Minimum of 1200 on the GRE

o Minimum of 990 on the SAT

PRAXIS Exams

· Business Education 0100 must be taken prior to student teaching. Minimum state-mandated scores must be attained before teacher certification is granted.

· Principles of Teaching and Learning PRAXIS must be successfully completed prior to student teaching.
