I'm currently the director for Computer Center Operations at Morehead State University. Our office maintains the central servers for the institution, including the web, email, dns, ldap, and webmail servers. We do not necessarily maintain the software on all of these systems - for instance, Web Marketing handles the software administration for the web server - but work collaboratively with other offices. We work closely with Information Technology and Administrative and Computer Applications in developing and maintaining the technology infrastructure for Morehead State University.I started at MSU as a student in 1981, with a major in physics and mathematics, and am currently working on my Master's degree in Industrial Technology (a degree around management in industrial or technological areas.) I began work here in August of 1985 as an applications programmer.
