Notes From the Field:  Education Reform in Rural Kentucky.  A publication of the Appalachia Educational Laboratory, Charleston, WV.  This research bulletin shared findings on AEL's ten-year study of the implementation of the Kentucky Education Reform Act in four rural, Kentucky school districts.  Issues from 1993-1998 were written by the research team of Lola Aagaard, Pam Coe, Patty Kannapel, and Beverly Moore.  The 2000 issue was written by Lola Aagaard, Susan Biemesderfer, Pam Coe, Patty Kannapel, and Cindy Reeves.
